Sarah Downey has been cutting and styling hair for 18 years. She loves making people feel good about themselves and building relationships with her clients. Sarah has trained with Vidal Sassoon and worked with L'Oreal at New York Fashion Week and at the CDFA awards. She loves all the different features of hair, especially updos/bridal work and keratin treatments.
